断酒して3年目??

今、久しぶりにブロク゜を見た。

いつから　していたのだろう? ブログ

2006.11月
断酒して1か月と書いてある。
断酒した日は10月13日だった記憶があるから…

すると3年と少し断酒している。

何事も喉元過ぎればなのかな?

断酒したのは、遥か昔の様、でもまだたった3年。
断酒会の先輩からは、10年断酒しても飲めば元に戻ると
断酒の山が1年、3年と聞く。
いつの間にか山が過ぎている。

薬物中毒もアルコール依存症も同じ。
法律に触れるか触れないかだけ。

まず自分は、病気と思い
病気は治さないとと思う。
それがすべての切っ掛けだった。

もうそろそろ　名前を変える頃かな?
