若いころ聞いた
自分と他人との比較

あの人の仕事

①　｢あの人は能力ないね、ダメだね｣

②　｢あの人は俺と同じ程出来るな｣

③　｢あの人にはかなわない｣


あの人と私、第三者から見て

①の場合　似たり寄ったりで仕事の能力　あの人と私はほぼ同じ

②の場合　私よりあの人の方が1.5倍仕事は、出来る　あの人の方が上で　既に足元にも及ばない

③の場合　私よりあの人の方が数倍仕事が出来る　

と聞いた記憶があります
自分と他人の仕事の能力を比較すると自分の評価は甘くなるそうです


同じように
隣の芝生は青く見える……比較
自分と他人の待遇、環境を比較する他人の方が良く見える
他人の努力や苦労は見えないからね


自分と他人を比較しても意味がない
歪曲されるから

そんな事して優越感に浸ったり
劣等感に悩まされたり
人間だから仕方ないかも

でも自分は自分

本当の自分を見つけないと　しっかりと

以前の様に理想の自分を持つと
また現実の自分と理想の自分との比較が始まる
そのギャップが心の病につながります

だから比較なんてつまらない
そんな暇があれば
精一杯生きる事

一生懸命生きる事

楽しく明るく素直にね
