スリップ(再飲酒)
何回もしたょ
アルコール依存症者が断酒を試み意思が揺らぎ 再び飲酒してしまう事をスリップと言います
依存症になると 飲む時間、量、がコントロール出来なくなります
シラフの時は、飲むか 飲まないかを決められるけど
飲むと一旦決めて 一滴飲めば 自分の意思では、どうにもならない これがアルコール依存症
頭が勝手に飲んだ時の快感を記憶しています
飲んでしまえば 自分の意思なんて 役に立ちません
飲む時間とは、
朝起きた時から酔っ払って寝るまで すべての時間のこと
たとえ 二日酔いで 何も食べて無くても
胃液を吐き 苦しくても飲む そうすると楽になる
仕事中隠れて飲む からだの動きが鈍いけど飲むと普通になる
酒が切れてくると 手が震えて それも大きく震えて字が書けなる 飲むと元に戻る だから仕事中も飲む
休みの日は、終日飲む でも記憶にあるのは、初めの2・3杯だけ それ以降は、記憶にない
一時 何かの拍子に意識が戻る 酒のビンやボトルを見ると ほとんど無い状態 いつの間にか
そして また飲み 意識がなくなる
今、朝か昼か? わからなくなる
今、何日なのか? わからなくなる
これを 連続飲酒といいます
酒の量とは、あるだけ全部 不足すれば 勝手に買いに行きます
コンビニへ行ったかな? 記憶が曖昧
でも 気が付けば ちゃんと買ってきています
不思議ですが
断酒して半年、こんな事 思い出すのも なにか 懐かしくなります
今日は、スリップしませんでした 当たり前だけど
今日も一日断酒できました
