休日と教育 [日常]
今日は、休日
仕事と休日、社会人になりたての頃 休日をとるのは、良くない事
一人前に仕事も出来ないのに・・・と 教育された その頃 サービス業だったため 土日曜・祭日 深夜とお客さんが休みのときが 働く時と教えられた でも 結局平日も 休めないから 休みは、ほぼ無かったし その時の社長が 休まない人だったし
それが あたり前だと思っていた
悪かった事は、後輩、部下、周囲の人にそれを同じように 教えたし 暗黙の了解にしてしまってた事
製造業や公務員、他からの転職してきた人は、どう思っていたのか? その時は、俺に合わせていてくれたけど
仕事を すべき時は、それこそ 全精力を傾けすべき事 でも 休む時は、休まないとね
仕事を20数年してきて ようやく解りかけてきた
教育って 初めが肝心だね
幼児教育、しつけ、社会人になった時の教育 後から いくら修正しても なかなか戻らない
俺みたいに 長い間 経験してからしか 理解出来ない
社会保険庁の新人教育、入社(庁)前教育って どんな事を教えているのかなぁ 少し気になる
休みの前日、当日とも 何やっても疲れないから 不思議
今朝も睡眠時間、３時間程 仕事の日なら 眠くて仕方ないけど
昨日も断酒出来ました
